new 4-way split series announced
we're excited to announce that we'll be doing a series of 4-way split cd-rs with each artist on each release contributing one long-form track. each will be in an edition of 150 copies. artists slated to contribute to the series include tom carter, the stumps, seht, the lost domain, g55, the futurians, brothers of the occult sisterhood, robert horton, the long telegram, terracid, the north sea, and more. the first installment should be ready in late august/early sept.

new releases: iversen & pefkin
iversen is the brainchild of tibprod figurehead, jan iversen. on his solo project, he has traversed many landscapes, successfully navigating his way through thick and thin. his range has always been impressive, but never moreso than the many faces he wields on "42 minutes." what we have here is exactly what the title suggests: 42 minutes of bliss. 42 one-minute tracks, composed specifically to test the limits that such a time constraint employs. in the end, though, iversen's wings are higher than ever and any perceived boundaries really just helped him further along his droning, sonic, noise-filled journey. 90 copies
pefkin finally steps out from the curtain to reveal her face. who is pefkin? what is pefkin? pefkin is the new solo project from everyone's favorite scottish queen, gayle brogan (of the boa melody bar empire) returns to the cosmos with this new project. "asa nisi masa" is a spellbinding journey through the loosened strings that harmonize with the spheres of the universe. these compositions are fragile, like the lost summer winds of decades past. they flicker like fading memories, and brogan's soft touch is constantly grasping at them, trying to save them from the mirth. using a variety of weapons like guitar, melodica, violin, and her magical voice, brogan's soundworld is a place i want to live. this is beautiful and stunning in its simplicity. as the saying goes, they don't make 'em like this anymore. 100 copies

new release: majik
majik finally sees the light of day. this is a dual-release with mymwly as they have just put out the companion piece to "in mara's glove" entitled "the human hand." this is the entire mymwly group of freaks bashing it out together. for fans of brothers of the occult sisterhood, terracid, snowfox, and all the other great stuff coming out of their bones.
a few new items soon
a split cdr with the north sea and terracid is in the planning stages, as well as a cd-r from belgium's silvester anfang, and then foxglove enters the jazz world with the brilliant daniel popsicle.

finland's apna joins the mix with their childkraut massacares. a dual release from majik (one cd-r on foxglove, the companion disc on mymwly). norway's iversen offers "42 minutes" - a collection of 42 one-minute pieces. pefkin (aka gayle brogan) makes her debut. WOLFMANGLER returns with a new 3", this time quieting things down. and a new, improvised album from pothole skinny.
