Gary Busdriver, Austin, TX’s serial sound killer, has released a free EP entitled Scraps! to celebrate his label’s first birthday. Teflon Beast Records, who also released Busdriver’s Sports! last year, has racked up a fine array of tapes from the likes of Defibrillators, Broderick Young and Himbert & Herbert in it’s short life so far. In true Busdriver fashion, Scraps! jerks from all-out scuzz to mangled Beethoven and twisted jazz like an epileptic kangaroo fighting Woody Allen. Excellent, then.
