The third and final instalment in Mo Kolour’s excellent trilogy of EPs has been announced with an early 2013 release expected. Following EP1: Drum Talking and EP2: Banana Wine, the Anglo-Mauritian producer’s EP3: Tusk Dance is available on pre-order now from One Handed Music. Limited to just 700 12” copies, Tusk Dance is described as being a more introspective sounding album that “explores the rhythmic possibilities of [Mo Kolours'] mix of soul, dub, hiphop, the Sega music of his homeland and various electronic styles.” Pre-orders come at the special price of £6.
