Sound & Fury's Passeridae 7" Series

meant to post this last year but life got away from me... sound & fury out of australia has a killer 7" subscription series going. the pricetag is a bit more manageable now, too, for us yanks as the exchange rate's been moving our favor. anyway, all the releases are splits, here's who is involved:
twelve split 7"s, available by subscription (on coloured vinyl with a bonus two-disc compilation, plus other secret goodies) or individually (on boring old black vinyl). screenprinted sleeves (arigato paks, to be precise), pro-printed inserts. the confirmed list of artists is:

moonmilk
my cat is an alien
brothers of the occult sisterhood
starving weirdos
adrian klumpes
machinefabriek
scissor lock
jasper tx
seaworthy
tarentel
the north sea
anonymeye
zelienople
ii
heil spirits
shoeb ahmad
library tapes
m.rösner
antony milton
thurston moore

plus one more to be announced.

here's a few more nuggets of info for the lovers:

the passeridae subscription series is designed to team a bunch of our favourite australian artists with some of their likeminded overseas counterparts.

each subscriber will receive twelve hand-numbered 7" singles across the final half of 2008, pressed on coloured vinyl and packaged in hand-silkscreened, recycled chipboard sleeves (courtesy of our buddies at stumptown printers.)

as well, every subscription includes a free 2xCD-R compilation featuring every track from the singles - 24 in all - packaged in classic s&f wax-sealed envelopes.

there will be other surprises throughout the year as well, but we're keeping mum about those for now.
good stuff for sure. check it out HERE. prices & ordering info are on the site.
