Rockbiter exudes a harshness that bears a constant stutter. As the tracks move by on this CDR release this stuttering skronk drifts through some interesting territories. At times there is a very ?German? feel to the sound sources, at others an almost cartoony ?sproing? pervades the sound, but at all times there is the stuttering element. There is also a constant four track haze that presides over these pieces and lends a kind of warm crackle and glow to this harshness. This is a fairly limited release (only 20 copies) so get this if you are into the likes of Soul Manure, Toilet Humor, or other Cloud Valley releases. 6/10 -- Kevin Richards (20 August, 2008)
