While P Jorgensen's 'To' is broken up into 10 different tracks, this is a 2 part piece that ebbs and flows throughout its 30 minute playing time. Recorded first acoustically then manipulated via computer with field recordings mixed-in, which yield vibrant textured and toned drones. The album opens beautifully with large swathes of collaged sound that builds and builds naturally without feeling forced or contrived. It slowly moves it way through the minutes and seconds without missing a perfectly placed note as the tones and vibes meet a plateau that elegantly starts to fade. The listener is left with hands subtly laying them back down in the grass making sure not to disturb them. Jorgensen has created an epic piece that would go beautifully with a serene nature film that followed and showed us the forgotten moments of life that happen while we are not paying attention. 8/10 -- Darryl Norsen (27 January, 2010)
