Siddhi is one of those few artists that really holds a special place in my heart. When I first started getting into experimental music they were in the mix of a handful of innovators that really sparked my interest and lured me in to the amazing possibilities of the underground. I remember “In the Wind” on Akoustic Disease and “Whispering Wood” on Reverb Worship were a couple of the first releases I ever got from the world of esoterica. After a couple years of not hearing anything new from Siddhi I finally have a new prize. This one is another incredible set of organic, forest-folk odes centered on acoustic muses and magnetic drones. Totally natural, old-world style, subtle earthen reflections, which live in the moment. Thriving auras glow like crystals from these agates of drone. Track 5, “White Clay,” even abounds with the buzz of wildlife as bees and birds surface from the meditations. This is the kind of CDr that I’d relax to while rocking on the porch after long day of working outside. Just absorbing the day and enjoying the outdoors. This is both a super cheap and super essential listen. 9/10 --
