No Punk is the 4th in a series of 30+ minute 'singles' by miklataklitim head and Jerusalem situated alt. music collective member KSR. This release is a series of gentle Constellation like string, piano, and voice loops combined with environmental noise at varying intensities throughout the piece. Great to nod out to, as there is little change from the opening 4 minutes. As the piece begins its decent, the distortion of the extraneous noise loops becomes more intense and becomes more jagged, but offers little variety aside from that. It's an experiment certainly worth an ear especially as No Punk is available as a free download at the label website. 7/10 -- Chris Jacques (25 July, 2005)
